Notes for Presentations
Poster: The size of each panel for poster presentations is 90 cm (width)
by 210 cm (
and display them till 2:00 pm of Dec. 17 (Thu).
Oral Presentation: Since the schedule is tight, keep to the time
allowed (15 min, 20 min, or 25 min). Please be sure to leave 3-5 minutes
for questions/discussions within the allowed time. Check your Power
Point presentation well in advance using a projector placed on a desk next to
the reception desk. Since we will prepare a Windows XP notebook PC with
Power Point 2003 for presentations, you can only bring with you a memory
stick containing your Power Point data. If your Power Point file is prepared
using higher versions or a Mac PC, please bring your own PC with you. The
electric power is 100 V AC, 60 Hz.
