Please prepare a PowerPoint presentation

A laptop computer with Microsoft
Windows
XP operating System is available at the convention room. The Microsoft Office
PowerPoint 2003
is installed in the computer. The file made with PowerPoint 2000 or
other versions may not run properly with PowerPoint 2003. If you use a
Mac computer, please bring your own with you.

If you prefer to use the
computer that we prepare at the convention room, bring your file in
a USB memory
with you.

At least 30 minutes before your presentation, please confirm that your
file runs properly, using a projector placed at the reception desk.

In Japan, the electricity is supplied with
100 V and 50-60 Hz. When
the AC adaptor for your computer is not usable with this electric power,
please bring an electric power convertor with you.
