To exhibitors:

(i) Send your advertisement (A4, one page, in color) to Noriyuki Kodera (nkodera@staff.kanazawa-u.ac.jp) until September 12th. A jpg or pdf file with high resolution is preferable. 
(ii) Send your requests regarding your booths to Noriyuki Kodera (nkodera@staff.kanazawa-u.ac.jp).

(iii)

Send your materials for the exhibition to the KKR Hotel Kanazawa (for the attention of Mr. Higashida) at the following postal address:

When you are sending materials within Japan, use the following address written in Japanese:

(iv)

Set up your showpieces at assigned booths in the afternoon of Oct. 3 (from 14:00) and remove them in the morning of Oct. 6. If you wish, you can start the setting up in the morning of Oct. 4.
