Exhibition (Nov. 6–7, 2012)

 

To exhibitors:

(i) Send your advertisement (A4, one page, in color) to Noriyuki Kodera (nkodera@staff.kanazawa-u.ac.jp) until the end of this September. A jpg format with high resolution is preferable. 
(ii) Send your requests regarding your booths to Noriyuki Kodera (nkodera@staff.kanazawa-u.ac.jp).

(iii)

Send your materials for the exhibition to the KKR Hotel Kanazawa (for the attention of Mr. Higashida) at the following postal address:

       2-32 Otemachi, Kanazawa, Ishikawa Pref. 920-0912, Japan (Tel: 076-264-3261)

When you are sending materials within Japan, use the following address written in Japanese:

(iv)

Set up your showpieces at assigned booths in the afternoon of Nov. 5 and remove them in the morning of Nov. 8.

If you wish, you can start the setting up at 8:00 am of Nov. 6.
(v) The same exhibition room can be used throughout the workshop, which differs  from the original plan.
